Lieutenant Colonel Jared Albright, USA, Ret. recently concluded his twenty-one-year career with the U.S. Army. Jared brings with him a wealth of experience in leadership, mentorship, integrity, compassion, and teamwork. His two plus decades of service to our nation has taught him the value and importance of family, a strong and loving support network. 

Like his wife, Erliza, Jared brings with him a passion and sense of responsibility to our senior population. His transition from service demonstrated to him the value of providing opportunities to those that still have so much to give. He and Erliza realized that, when making the commitment to start Home Life Care, their backgrounds and diversity provided a unique blend of talent and can make a difference in an industry that is growing and needed.

Erliza Albright bring extensive experience from nursing home sector. With deeply seated passion for serving the elderly, she is dedicated to providing better personalized care for the aging community, including our esteemed veterans and those who needs assistance navigating the complexities of elder care. 

In her previous roles within nursing homes, she acquired comprehensive expertise in managing the multifaceted needs of residents, ensuring that each individual received the highest standard of care. Hands on expertise as a personal caregiver has endowed her with exceptional empathy and understanding of the unique challenges faced by the elderly and their families.

With a fervent aim to enhance the quality of life for elderly, our veterans and those seeking guidance in the aging community, Mrs. Albright is dedicated to fostering a supportive, respectful and compassionate atmosphere. Her leadership is pivotal in navigating the intricacies of elder care, ensuring that each elderly feel valued, understood and well-cared for.
